About our Founder…

Anthony Orlofski is an accomplished business executive renowned for his strategic vision and leadership acumen. As the Founder and President of DTE,  a biologically based environmental services and consulting firm, he has spearheaded a dynamic team of 40 professionals spanning administration, sales, technical, and compliance functions. 

Anthony’s entrepreneurial journey commenced with the conceptualization and development of a comprehensive business plan, followed by the astute pursuit of funding, which laid the foundation for DTE. Leveraging his negotiation prowess, he successfully procured management and service agreements with power producers, a testament to his acumen in building vital partnerships.

Under Anthony’s steadfast guidance, DTE achieved an outstanding average year-over-year growth rate of 4X, setting the stage for a substantial multi-million dollar acquisition in 2010. His strategic leadership and business acumen have been instrumental in positioning the company as a notable player in the industry.

Why we started The Virtual VP

After a successful exit from his startup, Anthony wanted to offer guidance and training to others in a similar stage to when he first started. By coming alongside new companies in their early stages of growth, he has been able to both execute on proven strategies and educate along the way. Once the launch or sales goals have been met, and the contract is concluded, the team is left knowing the right steps to take to move forward. 

The results have been amazing. Since launching The Virtual VP, Anthony has helped numerous cybersecurity companies, as well as fintech, MDR and Saas platforms.
